THE FLOOR is a free warehouse and operations career simulator operated by LOGIWEIGH. It is provided for entertainment, experimentation, education, and discussion of operational decision-making.
The game is currently a beta. Content, scenarios, mechanics, calculations, and interface elements may change without notice.
Every company, customer, supplier, employee, event, and workplace presented in the game is invented. Any resemblance to a real operation is coincidental. The scenarios are designed to represent plausible operational situations, not to describe or evaluate a particular real company.
Game outcomes, scores, probabilities, recommendations, and scenario descriptions are part of the simulation. They are not professional advice, safety instructions, legal advice, financial advice, engineering guidance, or a substitute for procedures, standards, risk assessments, or qualified professional judgment.
You may use THE FLOOR for personal or internal professional exploration, subject to these Terms. You must not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass technical restrictions, overload the collector or other infrastructure, introduce malicious code, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
The game uses programmed rules, probabilities, seeded randomness, and simulated consequences. Results are generated for the simulation and do not predict real-world career performance, business outcomes, or operational events. A result is not a guarantee or representation of what would happen in a real warehouse or supply-chain environment.
If you submit a dilemma, scenario, comment, name, email address, or other content through the game, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that your submission does not knowingly infringe another person's rights or contain unlawful material.
By submitting content, you grant LOGIWEIGH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, and display that content for operating, testing, improving, and promoting THE FLOOR and related LOGIWEIGH activities. We may remove or decline to use submissions at our discretion.
Do not submit confidential business information, trade secrets, personal information about other people, or material you are not authorized to share.
THE FLOOR, including its software, interface, text, graphics, branding, scenarios, game structure as expressed in the software, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to LOGIWEIGH and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create a substantially similar commercial implementation from the protected materials of the game, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
THE FLOOR may use third-party services, including hosting, analytics, and sharing platforms, and may link to external websites. Those services and websites are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms and privacy policies.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of THE FLOOR at any time. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, error-free, complete, or compatible with every browser or device.
THE FLOOR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. LOGIWEIGH does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the simulation for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LOGIWEIGH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the game. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your use of THE FLOOR is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle gameplay telemetry, analytics, consent information, and voluntary submissions.
We may update these Terms as THE FLOOR evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the game after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
